Energy Healing

Energy Healing sessions are specifically designed to help the body balance and restore its natural energy flow. This flow may become blocked when we are suppressing and avoiding emotions. These get trapped in our energy centres. The sessions assist you in gently shifting and releasing the energy blockages and exploring the causes for them.

My unique approach to energy healings using crystals, sound and colour will leave you feeling more energised, focused and better able to make quality decisions.
